Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) hired DSGW for architectural design and interior design services for the satellite claims processing offices and a customer service call center. BCBS was committed to providing a pleasant work environment that would help them recruit and retain the best employees possible. In addition, they wanted to design facilities that offered flexibility so if the building’s function changed in the future, changes could be made easily and economically.

DSGW met the client’s desire for open, light work spaces by placing training areas on the window-lined street side of the facilities.
