Contemporary urban living in the heart of downtown Duluth. The existing and historic Bridgeman Russell Building, was renovated to create thirty-one stunning apartment. The Bridgeman Russell building was built in 1905 to house the operation of Bridgeman Russell Creamery, which became one of America’s largest creamery establishments. The creamery is also credited for creating the first “ice cream palace” - the model that replaced the traditonal corner drug store as the meeting place for teens.
