A well-designed work environment helps recruit and retain employees

In order to establish a presence in Northern Minnesota, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) hired DSGW for architectural design and interior design services at two satellite claims processing offices and a customer service call center.

Sophisticated, inspiring colors in warm tones reflect the company brand and culture. Finishes were selected to give a modern feel and provide warmth during the long Minnesota winters. Sites include informal meeting areas, employee break rooms, outdoor patios and fireplaces in main common areas.
