Raiter Clinic

A family practice clinic expansion.

The Raiter Clinic had a great location but the facility was too small and dated to meet the public needs and clinic business objectives. Clinic administration and staff worked with DSGW to design an 8,000 sf expansion and an extensive remodel of the existing clinic that meets the business objectives of the clinic. An increase in exam rooms resulted in doctor efficiency. The waiting area was expanded, radiology was remodeled and an addition was made to the lab.

Great care and planning was done at the onset of the design process that allowed the clinic to operate without interruption or disturbance while the new construction and renovation of the existing facility took place.
