Inspired by traditional Norwegian fishing villages, these North Shore cottages are tucked away in 40 acres of private woods, with 1,300 feet of Lake Superior shoreline.
This low density vacation home development on 40 acres of spectacular Lake Superior shoreline consists of 20+ cottages and a logde. Each cottage consists of two side-by-side, three or two bedroom units. This approach increases the density of housing along the lake without taking up as much space. Each unit is tall and narrow, maximizing the visibility of the lake. The front porch provides a point of contact for neighborly visits; patios and decks facing the lake ensure privacy.
Also, at the center of the resort is the Larsmont Lodge. The lodge provides a semi-private dining room, bar, recreation room, gift shop, whirlpool and equipment rental. Every home is designed to have a great lake view while remaining within walking distance to the lodge.
