Bridgeman Russell
Urban living in a historic structure.
Contemporary urban living in the heart of downtown Duluth. The existing
and historic Bridgeman Russell Building, was renovated to create thirty-one
stunning apartment. The Bridgeman Russell building was built in 1905 to
house the operation of Bridgeman & Russell Creamery, which became one
of America’s largest creamery establishments. The creamery is also
credited for creating the first “ice cream palace” - the model
that replaced the traditonal corner drug store as the meeting place for
teens.
Underground heated parking, fitness room, laundry facilities and unmatched
building security system plus the preservation of the brownstone facade
make Bridgeman Russell a successful combination of new life style housing
inside an existing historic structure.
