The Duluth Heritage Sports Center will be the cornerstone of the Clyde Park Development at the Clyde Iron property. With high visibility from I-35 and great accessibility from all of Duluth’s neigh-borhoods and the surrounding area, Clyde Park will become a strong destination point for youth sports and complimentary private development.

The Heritage Center consists of 3 major components:
Heritage Hall: The restored, grand historical center-piece building will provide the central lobby and support facilities for the Center. It will display, interpret and celebrate Duluth’s rich hockey heritage. The Boys & Girls Club will be in the Mezzanine.
Heritage Arena: The Arena will be connected to and inte-grated with Heritage Hall. The 1,500 seat hockey arena will become the home for Duluth’s hockey programs.
Heritage Pavilion: A multi-sports field house, the Pavilion,
will provide a second hockey rink and training facilities for indoor baseball, softball, tennis, track and other sport activities.
